Key managers- some handling multi million dollar accounts; have not been reviewed or promoted in over 2 years. However, they promote local philanthropy and allow each branch to raise funds for local charities of their choice and believe in giving back to the community their employees live. They also send kids to school and pay for employees kids to go to any UNIV of TX school - which is great until you give the check to the driver (not the school- like you should) and that dad turns around never gives the kid that money for school - oh no the kid had to take out loans because that dad spent the money on hookers and a new car. IF ASCO had checks & balances in place to MAKE sure the student actually receives the funds- but NO, SOOOO Many of your guys have ripped off the company and their kids- AND essentially Brac- because NO one checks to see that money is actually used for education.
